Not in the name of Islam

Please don't blame Islam, don't isolate those that believe in Islam. They're already scared, they're already lonely. For, a few perverted people hijacked their beliefs with an airplane on 9/11.
I support Islam...
Visit this site - http://www.notinthenameofislam.com/ if you think like me. If you don't, I beg you to...
An excerpt from the website...

When I say. . .I am a Muslim,
I’m not shouting "down with Christians and Jews."
I am whispering “I seek peace,”
and Islam is the path that I choose.

When I say. . . I am a Muslim,
I speak of this with pride.
And confess that sometimes I stumble,
and need Allah to be my guide.

Ameen.
It's so easy to single out a religious community for our own purposes.

Flowered Purse: My weekend got over today. It's Friday for us - the weekend.
Tks anyway...
And my landlord's turned lucky. I'm shifting out to a new place.

FU: I know what you mean, but if changing your name does get you closer to your dream there really is no harm. Islam is not in a name, it's within you, it's in your blood, it's in the way you feel and believe.
All the best with your acting. We share the same dream though.

Chamique: Amen. Asalaam Aalekhum (Peace be with you)

May your tribe increase. But alas! we have bozos in majority who are out to cleanse/brainwash the likes of you.

May I ask you - (honestly please) Did you get these feelings by being associated with a Muslim( and knowing what the truth is) or just by observation?

What will it take to spread the same message across? Keep up the good posts dude. Three cheers to you.

Mortal: You don't have to be observant or associated with a Muslim to believe they are human beings just like us - who laugh, who cry, who are scared of the dark, who get hurt if you punch them, whose kids play around in water puddles, who want their families to have a great life...
It doesn't take observation or association to believe not every Muslim is a killer...
For they come out, just like us from a mother's womb.

Our Prayers will be heard My friend!! He is listening to Us.. Every single bit of destructive course of things which was otherwise destined will be re-written as peace!

The power of our Prayers will start a new battle.. a bloodless battle involving conquest of hearts ... where everyone will be glad to lose and sacrifice themselves with Love and devotion... This will happen!.. Amen

islamophobia will pose troubles in the future...

if only all the fanatics of all religions could be persuaded to pursue a moderate path...

religion is such a volatile subject.
