Empty, silent streets. A regular Friday in Qatar. The yellow building is where I operate from. Also, don't be fooled by the trees you see. They're all imported.
Qatar's a desert BTW.

The Grand Hamad Street crossing, aka Bank Street, where everyday, hundreds and hundreds of good for nothing (mostly) nationals/internationals gather to make money through the Stock Market. Share Bazaar, they call it. Some
gavaars also call it Sher Bajaar.

Me, at my work station, bored as ever.

Thank God for some eye-candy. An Indian party, this one mostly comprised of south Indians, more Goans than Keralites. Babes really came decked up. Really.

The view from the window of my previous apartment. The huge building you see is the Qatar Airways head office. The barren land in front was three weeks ago a car showroom. Got razed because Qatar wants to do away with all old buildings, and build an amazing
skyline. The King's younger son wishes to compete with
Dubai.
