Only if...

If I was in India, I'd have so totally walked away from last night's press conference, where they made just two... ONLY two journalists wait for an hour and a half because a Nissan (the main sponsors of the Scorpions event) banner was not in place behind the dias!
If I was in India, I'd have passed sarcastic comments about holding a press conference at 9pm, 20 km away from the city, without serving dinner, or even snacks, and hell... I'd be backed by the whole bunch of scribes with me. We'd have probably told the organisers to fuck off and shove the press conference up your fat asses. BOYCOTT!
If I was in India, I woulnd't attend a press conference where they don't serve alcohol in the first place. Whether I drank or not is a different matter... you call journos and not serve booze... HA!
If I was in India, I would have told the Nissan people, "Just who the fuck do you think you are. Screw the fucking banner, get on with the press con."
If I was in India, I would have told the photographer to make sure the Nissan banner didn't come any where in the picture.
If I was in India, the photographer would have said, "Don't worry Rohit Bhai. Even the 'N' of Nissan won't come."
If I was in India, I would have written in my story that the press con started 2 hours late because the main sponsor wouldn't let it start till his fucked up banner was put up.
If I was in India, my editor would have laughed his ass off and cleared the story without a change.
But I didn't do any of that. Because I ain't in India, my home.
If I was in India, I woulnd't be in Qatar, where the air teaches you to... "just chill man."
If I was in India, I wouldn't have no friends to keep myself calm for.

It's just Qatar. It's just such a baby... such an idiot. IOt's like... you know.... awwwww bloody fool.
Obviously here I am referring to Qatar like a human being.
Just very new and young and stupid...

Funny how India makes life a lot different for similar situations. Just so much we take for granted when living here.

Anyhow I dont know how it'll be there but Happy Diwali to you.

More adventurous times ahead aye?
